This session has two objectives:
1. Raise awareness of mental wellbeing in the workplace
2. Discuss how we can promote mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Dr. Cynthia M. Hickman, Ed.D. is the presenter. She has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Rowan University and M.A. in Sociology at Rutgers University. Cynthia is the Director of Training and Development for the Cumberland County Government.
